Michel van Hove is a Partner and CEO of Strategos. He began his career with a startup in the entertainment industry who developed the first large screen stadium video displays for U2 and other leading music acts. Later he had a variety of international roles and worked extensively for multinational companies in FMCG and Specialty Chemicals. With over 25 years of experience in strategy and innovation, Michel leads client engagements in a variety of industries across the world. Having worked on innovation “from the inside” helps him appreciate and address the key issues and challenges that clients face in today’s fast changing environment.
Since joining the firm in 2004 he has worked across a wide range of industries including telecommunications, energy, consumer electronics, chemicals and food and beverage in most regions across the world.
Michel holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering from Delft University in The Netherlands.
