Bud Taylor is an accomplished author (Customer Driven Change), speaker, and change management consultant who specializes in using Strategy & Innovation to transform organizations.
He began his career in Canada and moved to Dallas in 1995 to lead the organization effectiveness practice for (now) Willis-Towers-Watson before joining Deloitte as the Southwest Partner in charge of the Human Resource Strategies Group. Later Bud worked for (now) IPSOS Loyalty as the SVP & Global Director of Consulting Services before joining Strategos as a Network Associate.
While working with Strategos, Bud has deepened his understanding of strategy & innovation to include them as tools for: customer relations, employee engagement and organization renewal.
He is a Canadian citizen, naturalized in the US, and offices in Virginia.
