Brian’s expertise covers the full innovation process from product strategy and consumer insight to business modeling and commercialization. He has in-depth knowledge of the Strategos approach and works with client teams to coach them through the process of discovery, experimentation and realization of new opportunities.
During his thirteen years with Strategos, Brian has been involved in many successful new product launches and strategic business developments – in the food industry, oil & gas, financial services – which have generated significant incremental revenue for clients. By skillfully teaching clients how to achieve these outcomes by themselves, Brian and Strategos most valuable contribution is strengthening the growth orientation and capability of the business as a basis of long term competitiveness.
As an interim leader, Brian has applied his expertise in innovation and growth to successfully turn around the performance of several medium sized companies by developing and implementing new strategies and change initiatives.
